Our carrier partner is observing minor Inbound Voice call failures and Inbound SMS failures towards multiple locations as mentioned below. A small percentage of phone numbers may experience call failures.
Finland Russia Estonia France Ireland Germany Austria Canada Netherlands West Africa Philippines Bahrain Ukraine India Spain Brazil Argentina Austria Norway Korea Belgium.
We're actively working with our carrier partner to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
