What are we doing?
This maintenance is required to improve the overall availability of our database engines. Specifically, we are migrating to a new cluster that will provide better uptime and more efficient failovers in the unlikely event of a server failure. This maintenance does not require any action from you and all platform improvements will be applied to all new and future Plivo customers automatically.
We have determined from past data and trends that the following time selected for maintenance will be the least disruptive off-peak hours for our Voice and SMS customers.
Although we have made our best effort to ensure that you have no downtime or service disruption during this maintenance, you may still experience :
Intermittent Inbound and Outbound Call errors and timeouts
Intermittent Inbound and Outbound SMS errors and timeouts
Intermittent API errors
