We are performing a planned maintenance activity on our SIP endpoint registration database, which holds the active endpoint registration state, on Sunday 8th December 2019. The impact is going to be minimal with 5-10 minutes of service interruption for calls to/from registered SIP endpoints, including BrowserSDKs and MobileSDKs. We have determined from past data and trends that the following time selected for maintenance will be the least disruptive off-peak hours for our Voice customers. There is no action required from you.

What services will be affected?
SIP endpoint registration and calls to/from registered endpoints, including BrowserSDKs and MobileSDKs.

What is the impact?
