What are we doing?
We are moving credit additions and deductions across all products to dedicated new infrastructure which will ensure better stability and high availability. This maintenance does not require any action from you and the improved credit management will be made available to all prepaid users.

We have determined from past data and trends that the time selected for maintenance will be the least disruptive off-peak hours for our customers.
Although we have made our best effort to ensure that you have no service disruption during this maintenance, you may still experience :
* Intermittent API errors.
* Delay in generation of Call Logs.
* Delay in credit deduction.
* Intermittent issues in accessing the user dashboard.
