We have begun the emergency maintenance to proactively address an underlying hardware issue.

We will be doing a proactive emergency maintenance lasting a few minutes now. This is necessary due to our service provider hardware requiring critical maintenance. There is no impact to the service at the moment. However, a brief interruption to SMS service is expected while we switch to standby server. We will keep you posted once the maintenance is complete.
