Our carrier partner is observing minor inbound call failures and inbound SMS failures towards Brazil's phone numbers in following regions : 1. Brasilia, 2. Campo Grande, 3. Cuiabá, 4. Goiania. A small percentage of phone numbers may experience call failures and SMS failures.
We're actively working with our carrier partner to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
