We experienced SIP phones disconnections between 2 July 2019 18:01 UTC and 2nd July 2019 19:12 UTC due to a node failure in our SIP Registrar cluster. The faulty node was automatically replaced with a healthy node immediately. The incident is resolved and is working normally.
