Our carrier has confirmed the issue is resolved at their end and we have verified that UK mobile numbers can receive SMS. Thank you for your patience while this issue was addressed by our carrier.
We continue to work with our carrier on status update for Inbound SMS in the UK region. Our carrier is working with their partners to restore SMS service at the earliest. The impact is currently for mobile numbers in the UK region.

We are experiencing issues with inbound SMS in UK. Our SMS Carrier provider in the region has identified the issue and is working to resolve it asap. We will keep the status page updated on all the new information available.
