We experienced a spike in the number of outbound and inbound SMS failures between 9:05am UTC and 9:25am UTC today. The issue was flagged by our monitoring systems and a fix was immediately deployed.
The SMS platform is now back to normal and is performing as expected. We will continue to closely monitor the fix.
