We are performing a planned maintenance activity on our database which holds CDR, MDR, Recording and Transcription information on Sunday, 13th December 2020. The impact is going to be minimal and we should not experience an interruption of more than 1 hour. We have determined from past data and trends that the following time selected for maintenance will be the least disruptive off-peak hours for our Voice and SMS customers. There is no action required from you.
