Update

Carrier partner is observing failures on two-way SMS, we are actively working with our carrier to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Investigating

We are currently observing outbound SMS failures from a small segment of Tollfree SMS towards T-Mobile.
All other SMS services are operating normally.
