One of our carriers is performing planned maintenance on their service-affecting Two-way MMS towards the US phone numbers. During this maintenance there could be a delay in delivery of regular MMS.

What services will be affected? Two-way Regular MMS.
What is the impact? MMS delivery degradation with inconsistent delivery times during maintenance window
