We will be performing a planned maintenance activity on our DB cluster that serves CDRs, Recordings and Transcriptions. The maintenance will improve the overall reliability and availability of the Voice platform.
When is the maintenance? 2nd July 2023 03:30 UTC - 2nd July 2023 07:30 UTC 1st July 2023 22:30 PDT - 2nd July 2023 02:30 PDT
What services will be affected? During the maintenance window CDR processing/retrieval, Recording storage/deletion/retrieval and Transcription storage will be impacted and the requests will be processed with a delay.
