Identified
The issue has been identified and our carrier partner has suspended inbound Toll-Free SMS in US from Verizon phone numbers. We are constantly working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue at earliest.
All outbound Toll-Free SMS and DLR service are unaffected and is working fine.

Investigating
We are currently observing content issues for a small segment of inbound Toll-Free SMS towards the US from Verizon phone numbers. The content of the SMS may have extra or unrelated message. Messages sent to landline numbers are unaffected.
We are actively working with our carrier to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
