Dear Valued Customer,
Our carrier partner is observing Voice call and Messages failures towards US and Canada region. A small percentage of phone numbers may experience failures with calls and messages for outbound and inbound services.
We're actively working with our carrier partner to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
This incident affected: Carrier Partners: Messaging API (Longcode SMS, USA & Canada, Shortcode SMS, USA & Canada, Toll-free SMS, USA & Canada) and Carrier Partners: Voice API (Voice, North America).
