Dear Valued Customer,
We will be performing a planned maintenance activity on our DB cluster that serves CDRs, Recordings and Transcriptions. The maintenance will improve the overall reliability and availability of the Voice platform. This is in continuance of the previous maintenance as it has extended due to some technical issues.
When is the maintenance? 25th February 2024 04:30 UTC - 25th February 2024 09:30 UTC 24th February 2024 20:30 PDT - 25th February 2024 01:30 PDT
What services will be affected? During the maintenance window CDR processing/retrieval, Recording storage/deletion/retrieval and Transcription storage will be impacted and the requests will be processed with a delay.
