Our carrier has resolved the issue at their end. All the delayed messages in the queue are being cleared up and will be delivered shortly. All new messages being delivered as expected.

We have observed delays on inbound and outbound toll-free messaging towards Verizon networks. We are working with our toll-free messaging partner to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. More updates to follow.
