We are performing a planned maintenance activity on our database which holds CDR, MDR, Recording and Transcription information on Sunday, 4th April 2021. The impact is going to be minimal and there may be minor interruptions, if any. We have determined from past data and trends that the following time selected for maintenance will be the least disruptive off-peak hours for our Voice and SMS customers.
