The issue with the SMS queue is now resolved.

The problem with the SMS queue has been identified, we are doing some extra tests to be sure it is working as expected.

We are seeing SMS are inserted in the queue but not dequeueing. We are still investigating.

We are investigating an issue with SMS showing as queued even after being sent correctly.
We will provide an update shortly.
