We announced on April 20th that we will be implementing GDPR compliance related changes to Call Detail Records (CDR) and Message Detail Records (MDR) data retention. We are doing a planned maintenance on our database having CDR/MDR data to implement the changes to data retention. After this maintenance, we will be holding only 90 days of CDR/MDR data in our transactional database. This maintenance does not require any action from you.
Maintenance Window
We have determined from past data and trends that the following time selected for maintenance will be the least disruptive off-peak hours for our Voice and SMS customers. This maintenance will occur on Saturday, May 5, 2018, starting at 05:30:00 UTC for 2 hours until Saturday, May 5, 2018, at 07:30:00 UTC.

Although we have made our best effort to ensure that you have no downtime or service disruption during this maintenance, you may still experience :
