We will be performing a round of upgrades to improve stability of our SMS platform. While we are making these updates, your SMS service may be interrupted briefly.

What are we doing?
This maintenance is required to improve the overall stability of our SMS platform. Specifically, we are migrating to a new cluster that will provide better uptime, higher SMS throughput and more efficient failover in the unlikely event of a server failure. This maintenance does not require any action from you and all platform improvements will be applied to all Plivo SMS customers automatically.

We have determined from past data and trends that the time selected for maintenance will be the least disruptive off-peak hours for our SMS customers.

Impact
Although we have made our best effort to ensure that you have no downtime or service disruption during this maintenance, you may still experience :
Intermittent Inbound and Outbound SMS errors and timeouts
Intermittent API errors
