We will be performing a planned maintenance activity on our Caching DB cluster. The maintenance will improve the overall reliability and availability of the Voice platform.
When is the maintenance?
6th August 2023 12:00 UTC - 6th August 2022 16:00 UTC 6th August 2023 05:00 PDT - 6th August 2022 09:00 PDT
What services will be affected?
During the maintenance window the below services will be intermittently impacted, 1. Operations on Call/Conference/MPC like Play, Record, Transfer, Speak etc 2. Retrieval of live Call/Conference/MPC 3. SIP registration and calls towards sip endpoints
We do not anticipate any impact for PSTN calls during the maintenance window.
