Investigating
Our carrier partner is observing minor inbound voice call failures, inbound SMS/MMS failures towards the US phone numbers in Wichita Falls, TX. A small percentage of phone numbers may experience call failures.
We're actively working with our carrier partner to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
This incident affected: Carrier Partners: Messaging API (Longcode SMS, USA & Canada, MMS, USA & Canada) and Carrier Partners: Voice API (Voice, North America).
