Our carrier partner is observing degradation of service towards Brazil phone numbers in the region of Goiania, Brasilia and Campo Grande. A small percentage of phone numbers may experience a degradation in service affecting inbound Voice & SMS in those regions.
We're actively working with our carrier partner to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
