One of our carriers in US is performing planned maintenance on their service-affecting Two-way short-code SMS towards US Cellular phone numbers. During this maintenance there could be a delay in delivery of short-code SMS.
When is the maintenance? 5th November 2020 05:30 UTC - 5th November 2020 11:00 UTC 4th November 2020 09:30 PDT - 5th November 2020 03:00 PDT
What services will be affected? Two-way short-code SMS.
What is the impact? Message delivery degradation with inconsistent delivery times during maintenance window
