We've identified the issue and deployed a fix to resolve it. We are no longer seeing failures for retrieving MDR details. We are continuing to monitor the service.

Investigating
We are currently facing an issue with retrieving MDR records via the SMS API. Outbound SMS service is unaffected and running. We're currently looking to resolve the issue as soon as possible. More updates to follow.
