The scheduled maintenance is still in progress. We are extending the maintenance by 60 minutes as some of our process is taking a bit longer that anticipated. There is no impact to the CDR/MDR traffic. We expect 15-20 minutes of downtime once we initiate the database maintenance. We will continue to post updates as we make progress.

We are performing a planned maintenance activity on our database which holds the CDRs (Call Detail Records), SMS MDRs (Message Detail Records), Call recordings and transcription information on Sunday, 24th November 2019. The impact is going to be minimal and should ideally not experience a downtime of more than 15-20 minutes. We have determined from past data and trends that the following time selected for maintenance will be the least disruptive off-peak hours for our Voice and SMS customers. There is no action required from you.

What services will be affected? CDRs (Call detail records), MDRs (Message detail records), Call recordings and transcriptions.
What is the impact? We are expecting a minor downtime of 15-20 minutes. CDRs, MDRs, Call recording and transcription requests made during the downtime may not be immediately available. They will be queued and processed immediately after the downtime.
