A fix is implemented and Plivo SMS API is working normally. We will continue to monitor the health of the services to ensure there are no further issues.

We are currently experiencing elevated two-way SMS failures. A small segment of SMS is currently affected. Our engineers are actively working to resolve the issue at the earliest.
