Dear Valued Customers
One of our Toll Free carrier is going to perform maintenance affecting Inbound and Outbound Toll-Free SMS which might cause brief period of latency in inbound and outbound message delivery on Toll-free Numbers. All messages will be queued and delivered post the maintenance activity.
Affected services: Inbound and Outbound Toll Free SMS
We will monitor and continuously work with the Carrier to make service disruptions minimal.
