Dear Valued Customer,
We will perform planned maintenance on our Voice database on Sunday, 3rd April 2022, to improve security and overall availability of our database engines. The impact will be minimal, with intermittent failure lasting less than one minute for conference APIs, retrieve recording API, registration of Plivo endpoints and calls to Plivo endpoints. We have determined from past data and trends that the following time selected for maintenance will be the least disruptive off-peak hours for our Voice customers.
When is the maintenance? 3rd April 2022 06:00 UTC - 3rd April 2022 10:00 UTC
What services will be affected? Conference APIs, retrieve recording APIs, registration and calls to Plivo endpoints.
What is the impact? We are expecting a brief interruption of less than one minute for conference APIs, retrieve recording APIs, registration of Plivo endpoints and calls to Plivo endpoints.
