We will be performing a planned maintenance activity on our DB cluster that serves CDRs, Recordings and Transcriptions. The maintenance will improve the overall reliability and availability of the Voice platform.
When is the maintenance? 5th June 2022 03:30 UTC - 5th June 2022 05:30 UTC 4th June 2022 20:30 PDT - 4th June 2022 22:30 PDT
What services will be affected? During the maintenance window CDR processing/retrieval, Recording storage/deletion/retrieval and Transcription storage will be impacted and the requests will be processed with a delay.
