Dear Valued Customer,
We will perform planned maintenance on our Voice database on Sunday, 24th April 2022, to improve performance of our database engines. The impact will be minimal, with intermittent failure lasting less than one minute for conference APIs, registration of Plivo endpoints and calls to Plivo endpoints. We have determined from past data and trends that the following time selected for maintenance will be the least disruptive off-peak hours for our Voice customers.
When is the maintenance? 24th April 2022 10:00 UTC - 24th April 2022 13:00 UTC
What services will be affected? Conference APIs, registration and calls to Plivo endpoints.
What is the impact? We are expecting a brief interruption of less than one minute for conference APIs, registration of Plivo endpoints and calls to Plivo endpoints.
