One of our carriers is performing a planned maintenance on their service affecting inbound and outbound messaging on short codes towards US. During this time, customers may find intermittent errors while sending/receiving SMS and MMS through short codes.
When is the maintenance? 26th October 2022 06:30 - 26th October 2022 07:30 UTC 25th October 2022 23:30 - 26th October 2022 00:30 PDT
What services will be affected? Two-way Shortcode SMS and MMS.
What is the impact? Intermittent errors while sending/receiving SMS and MMS during maintenance window
