Dear Valued Customer,
We will be performing a planned database maintenance on Plivo Messaging Database, to upgrade the database to a newer version. The impact should be minimal and the interruption should last no more than 60 minutes.
When is the maintenance? 9th March 2024 05:30 UTC - 9th March 2024 07:00 UTC 8th March 2024 21:30 PDT - 8th March 2024 23:00 PDT
What services will be affected?
During the maintenance window, the LIST & GET Message Details API will be intermittently impacted. The Numberlookup-API Dashboard & SMS / MMS Logs will be intermittently impacted on the Console. The Verify Session API might not display attempt_details in the response, during the downtime.
