We are migrating our internal caching system to a new cluster. This is for efficient failovers in the unlikely event of a server failure in the cluster. Although, we have made our best effort to ensure that you have no downtime or service disruption during this maintenance, you may still experience:
Intermittent Inbound and Outbound Call errors and timeouts
Intermittent Inbound and Outbound SMS errors and timeouts
Intermittent API errors
